2. What data can we process?

Depending on how you use campspot.eu, the following data can be processed:

• company details when using a business or dealer account;
• data you place in advertisements, including vehicle data, location and photos;
• messages sent through internal communication functions;
• favorites, searches, notifications and account preferences;
• technical data such as IP address, browser information, log data and security information;

Information that you deliberately place in a public advertisement can be viewed by visitors of campspot.eu. Therefore, do not place any personal data or documents publicly that are not necessary for the advertisement.

campspot. eu can use external service providers for e.g. hosting, email, security, analytics and technical support. These parties shall only receive information to the extent necessary to perform their service.

7. Security checks on forms

To limit spam and automated abuse, we use security tokens, form checks and temporary limits on requests per IP address. A technically hashed identifier is temporarily stored. Cloudflare Turnstile is not currently deployed on Campspot.eu.

8. Free platform and prevention of abuse

Accounts, advertisements and associated platform features are currently free. We retain appropriate security controls to prevent unauthorised access, spam and fraudulent advertisements.

9. Payments

Campspot.eu currently does not process new payments or paid subscriptions. If paid services are introduced later, we inform users in advance and modify this statement.

10. Storage periods

We do not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, unless a longer retention period is legally required or justified. The concrete term may vary by type of data, e.g. account data, modetion logs and communication.

11. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration or misuse. However, no online system can guarantee absolute safety.

campspot.eu may use necessary cookies for, for example, sessions, login and security. For non-necessary cookies, such as certain analytics or marketing cookies, prior consent should be requested where required.
